Esteemed gentlemen!
We have heard days ago to the Albanian radios and televisions that your government joined to the aggressive choir of Serbia, Russia and China, which appeared through their foreign ministers with the reactionary position that the issue of Kosova is not closed, alluding to the recognition of the "independence" of Kosova by some Euro-Atlantic status. According to their demand, it is made known that they want other negotiations, allegedly for the resolution of this issue.
How it seems, the black wolves beyond the Carpathian mountains are not fatten how they wanted with the spoil called Kosova and other Albanian territories around it, conquered by the occupants, their Slavic-Greek brothers, from Belgrade to Shkup, until Cetinje and Athens.
- The Serbian-Russian diplomacy is characterised by a cunning propaganda in front of the world, that changes itself from wolves (aggressors and executioners) into victims, allegedly as scared deers.
These dishes without salt were gulped, how it seems, by the Indian diplomacy... (!)
Esteemed gentlemen!
The progressive humans everywhere around the world have very well known the heroic resistance of the Indian peace-loving people in front of the English colonists, even that this resistance was not violent, but was shaped according to the learning of the Indian leader, Mahatma Gandhi.
This resistance demanded great sacrifices, which the Indian people made them, with great belief in victory. We remember here the case (we read and remember), only during an action (protest), when the anti-colonialist demonstrators had decided to resist peacefully and did not accepted to retreat from their positions in their land; the colonialist forces killed more than 3000 innocent people. The fact that the Indian people didn't defected, but continued forth its heroic war, until victory, deserves high considerations. .
Some wretched voices say that: "the Gandhi's resistance in India won as a consequence of the fact that the English colonists were civilised and understood that they were not on a just way". No! This can not stand as an argument; we think different, that: the retreat of the English colonists was made only when they could have convinced themselves that rivers of blood can flow in India, but the freedom can not be asphyxiated. That's why we have great respect for the Indian freedom-loving people.
The world believed that a Ghandist peaceful resistance grown in Kosova against the Serbian colonialism. But, this is not true. In fact there was only a wretched resistance of type Ibrahim Rugova, which bowed totally in front of the executioner of the Balkans, S.Miloseviē.
With this occasion we prove that this resistance capitulated on the end of years '90, when the famous Kosova Liberation Army (KLA). In front of nowadays light when we analyse this "resistance", we remember the interview given to the independent informative agency AL TODAY, 26 March 2008 of the leader Albin Kurti. On the question: "For many years, the peaceful resistance against Serbia, trumpeted by Democratic League of Kosova (DLK) and by Ibrahim Rugova as being saviour, but it was unsuccessful, don't you fear that as well as your peaceful resistance, will not give the desired results?! Where resides the distinctions between this peaceful resistance and the resistance of the Movement SELF-DETERMINATION!", he answered: "the problem of the peaceful resistance of the DLK and Ibrahim Rugova is that this was passive resistance. As a consequence, it degraded in conformity to the conditions of slavery. The resistance of the Movement SELF-DETERMINATION! Is very active. It has given results. Not only by slowing the political negative processes, but also by organising the village Cernicė and remove it from the commune of Partesh. "
That's why we are astonished, how can born this reactionary idea from the leaders came from the womb of this great heroic people?!
We don't want to believe that this is a historic mistake, but only a temporary error of the Indian diplomacy, which has the task to clarify its own conscience and to return to concrete facts, to know further the past and the present of the Albanian territories, when and why these territories were colonised by "the Slavic deer" that cries its eyes around the world, allegedly Serbia has lost its "own territory" (Kosova) and the international law on "the defence of the sovereignty and the inviolability of the borders of a state"!
If we want really to refer to the facto and from history to take the flame and not the ash, more than the half of this Natural Albania was conquered and re-conquered during the years 1878-2008 by the Slavic-Greek conquerors and colonisers.
The narrow Kosova was partitioned formally from Serbia, on 17 February 2008, even that pro-Serbian dark forces are attempting to neutralise with the anti-Albanian practical actions in terrain.
While in other territories, as Vardar Valley (Shkup, Kumanova, Tetova, Gostivar, Ohėr, Manastir so on), Eastern Kosova (Presheva, Medvegja, Bujanoci), Malėsia e Madhe (Ulqin, Tivar, Tuz, Plava, Gucia, so on) still continue to hold under the colonialist Slavic-Macedonian, Serbian, Montenegrin joke. It must be added the fact that e great part of the Albanian territory, so Toplica (a territory as big as actual Kosova, with more than 730 villages) was ethnically cleansed many years ago (1878) by the Serbian army, while on the other corner of Albania the Greek conquerors deported all the Albanian dwellers from the Albanian territory of Chameria.
We, are not very revolted by the Indian diplomacy, which is based on the Resolution 1244 that recognises in fact the sovereignty of Serbia on Kosova.
Because, it is known that the treacherous leaders of Prishtina, incited by their homologous politicians in Tirana have signed this Resolution in Rambouillet, without thinking well.
Esteemed gentlemen, everything has a limit of endurance!
We stress again that the freedom of nations (also of the Albanian people) can not be put in the frames of the UN Security Council, an organism that embraces the "law of compromises" and not the international law, because of the rapport of forces and the equilibrium between the great powers, in the case of the Albanian national issue, equilibrating so the Serbian aggressor with the Albanian victim in negotiations and unjust packages (how it is the Ahtissari package) that is totally favouring Belgrade
Liberty has great extent!
We can not believe that there is any limit in the world that can limit the freedom of the nation.
How much can the sky and the sun to have limits, so much can have limits also the freedom!
We understand that the state of India had before unresolved colonial issues with England, now it has problems with Pakistan, but not of this nature. These two states agitated the arms one against another. Not rarely, India takes up the sleeves and shows the muscle towards the neighbor state, even also with nuclear "vitamins". We think that this serves not to the peace within this region. But the Indian government forgets this thing when it demands peace, scarifying the Albanians.
No, gentlemen, peace and war with this dimensions are not working!
Militantism in the region of Asia and peace in Balkans, scarifying the Albanians...?!!
This is only a big service done in favour of the neo-colonialist powers of the world.
Now, we ask this question for the Indian diplomacy: Did it (the Indian diplomacy) not in some way slide on the glaciers of the reactionary diplomacy, because of the "noises" of Slavic "mourning" or because of different interests in the reports with Russia and China?!
We are simultaneously convinced that the Indian peace-loving people will not support these reactionary attitudes, born by the "cream" of their state.
Because we have known the bellicose cabals of the English colonists, which positioned the Muslim population on the borders of the actual state of Pakistan, while the Hindu population was placed within the borders of the nowadays Indian state, playing off those people one against another, in order to fight around the question of Kashmir. Unfortunately, the leaders of these states fired the "roads of fires", bursting into flames the people to fight one between another.
Unfortunately, the same cabals are developing today within the "powder keg" named Kosova, by the reactionary great powers that have the government of Serbia as parvenu between them and the UNMIK men and their servile spaniels, the governors of Kosova, which are not categorical in their positions in order to show the boundary until the point where they must stop, but are making unlimited shameful compromises, before the proclamation of this "independence", also after the "triumph of the sovereignty" from Serbia, that transformed Kosova as its own garden, where black devils, the Serbian occupants, are entering and are leaving, in order to puff their colonialist appetites
The bridge Lumėbardh(the former Ibėr) became a polygon of quarrels, against which the black bulls of Serbia are coming up, and after they are have drunken well in the coffee house "Dolēe Vita", go out, damning and killing the Albanians.
Here is, gentlemen the "apple" of the demo(n)cratic peace made present by the world for its "help" given during the war, by bombarding Serbia, and then by accepting the partition of Kosova into enclaves, in order to transform it into a Palestine of the Balkans, within the mask of multiethnicity.
This is the "logic" according to the "part of the lion" given by the biggest powers of the world. .
This "logic" will have the fate of a total failure in front of the Albanian people, which appears to be tired because of the different politic, economic and social crises. But the Slavic occupants and their friends around the world let understand well that this ancient nation, in moments of great danger, knows to be also very heroic. And our ancient and new history from Gjergji-Kastrioti Skėnderbeu until the great patriot Adem Jashari.
Mister Indian diplomats !
Before thinking to "cry" for the "lost" of territorial sovereignty of the Balkan aggressor states, it will be honest for you to rise the voice of reason for the just resolution of the Albanian colonial issue in Balkans.
This is not only a moral, political and ethic issue, but is an obligation that emanates from the international law, which obliges the states of the world to help materially and morally the peoples and their anti-colonial movements to liberate from the foreign colonisation!
This will pride you and your succeeding generation!
We remember you, on the end of this reaction, a genial idea of our great diplomat and statesman, named Hasan PRISHTINA, which has said:
"THINK WELL BEFORE YOU GIVE YOUR THOUGHT, BECAUSE OTHERWISE THE HISTORY WILL JUDGE YOU"
