It is crucial that Washington, the UN, the EU, and all international diplomatic organizations do not accept political talks at any level from Serbian bishop Artemije Radosvaljevic as his proclaimed role as “special state envoy” of the Republic of Serbia. The Serbian Orthodox Church (although de facto, is practicing politics on the pretense of protecting Serbian national and state interests) is not an international legal subject recognized by the international community (like states within the international system). Furthermore, de jure, it is no form of a political-state institution of Serbia, but only one religious institution.

As a result of the installation of the UNMIK and KFOR, Kosova de facto and de jure detached from genocidal Serbia (in accordance to Resolution 1244 of the United Nations Security Council July 10, 1999). Until December 2006, the Serbian Orthodox Church managed by Serbian bishop Artemije Radosavljevic, continued to run a propaganda campaign of defamations against Albanians and the Kosova Liberation Army (KLA).
In consequence of propagandistic and religious infiltrations by the Serbian Orthodox Church on the matter of the Serbian minority in Kosova under the directives and instructions of Belgrade’s government, the governing administration of the UNMIK was compromised both politically and legally from Chief Dr. Bernard Kushner to Soren Jesen Petersen. Without any valid reason, they made concessions in favor of the irrational requests of the Serbian Orthodox Church by opening talks with Belgrade in order to reach a common solution of the simulated and nonexistent problem of the rights of the Serbian minority in Kosova.
How has international juridical base been in accordance with the present rules and procedure of the peace-loving missions of the United Nations and the cooperation of the UNMIK with Serbia? The premature abdication of the administrators-in-chief of the UNMIK, (Bernard Kushner, Hans Hekerup, Harry Holker and Soren J. Petersen) came as a direct consequence of the political sabotaging and provocative compulsion by the Serbian Orthodox Church led by their “head-angel” Bishop Artemije Radosavljevic, who then and now has not changed his negative views on the United States and the UNMIK. Radosavljevic described it as a “piratical act of the robbery of Kosova from Serbia” upon the installation of the UNMIK and KFOR. This type of classification by Radosavljevic implies that the United States, UNMIK and KFOR are essentially now occupiers of Serbia.
However, it does not come as a surprise that Serbia has declared such a fickle, inhuman and unlawful assertion upon NATO’s intervention and bombardments against Serbia because of their genocidal aggression in Kosova (March-June 1999). Apart from the sly politics and the flatteries made by the Serbian Orthodox Church and the Serbian government in order to profit unnatural allies, as well as foreign credits and investments that are to be recovered from national and ecclesiastic ash and genocidal terror of the Serbian regime of Slobodan Milosevic, the United States, NATO, KFOR, UNMIK, Albanians and Albania collectively are considered “enemies and occupiers” of Serbia, especially by the Serbian Chetnik lobby in America, and everywhere in the world. Radosavljevic’s official visit to Washington in the beginning of October 2006 should be fully comprehended within this context.
How a Great-Serbian “Chief Diplomat” Convinced Washington to “Close Its Mouth” About Kosova’s Independence
The campaign against Albanians and the independence of Kosova, carried out by the Belgrade-based government of Serbia, the Serbian Orthodox Church and advocates of Great Serbia, is developing in the same manner as when their leader Slobodan Milosevic came to power in 1989. The double-edged sword politics played by Serbia against Kosova’s independence and the KLA (currently known as the Kosova Protection Corpus) was proven during the most recent visit of Artemije Radosavljevic to Washington, which was arranged by the Serbian Chetnik-fascist lobbyists in America in conjunction with Serbia’s Belgrade-based government.
Indeed this was not the first time, and surely will not be the last visit by Radosavljevic to Washington. From 1999 to 2006, when Kosova came under international jurisdiction and administration of the United Nations (UNMIK and KFOR), the Serbian national-chauvinist and so-called chief diplomat, Bishop Radosavljevic, together with previous and present firebugs of Kosova (1989-2006) visited Washington at least seven times. Politically, this is evidence of the historical continuity of “symphony” and “cacophony” caused by the Serbian Orthodox Church, as it still remains the main pillar of the Serbian state power, as well as one of the most relevant political factors in Kosova.
Why has the bishop Artemije Radosavljevic and the Serbian Orthodox Church assumed the role of the Serbian government and politicians of Belgrade, when it is evident that the Serbian Orthodox Church is neither a governmental subject nor a political organization? Its purpose is that of a religious institution which does not hold authority to interfere in politics and state issues. This political-judicial, governmental-ecclesiastic and religious paradox is most illustrative of the argument that Serbia, since its establishment has constantly been governed by the Serbian Orthodox Church. This is the only paradoxical paradigm in the world of international government system.
The Serbian Orthodox Church has persistently interfered in the political “symphony” and “cacophony” at both the state and international levels. This historical coherence proves its negative, subversive role as a propagandistic, saboteur in Kosova, not only during the seven years when Kosova was under international juridical and administration mandate (1999-2006), but from the Ottoman Empire rule up until now. According to the Great-Serbian imperial goals, Serbia has everlastingly had plans to break up the territorial integrality of ethnic Albania and to exterminate Albanians altogether. They would attempt to justify their actions on the basis of being the legal owner of ethnic Albanian territories, which includes Kosova. The main merits of this appalling genocidal plan belong to the Serbian Orthodox Church and its genocidal and fundamentalist Slave clergymen.
The Goals of the Serbian Orthodox Church “Diplomats” in their Visit to the American State Department
Why did Bishop Artemije Radosavljevic choose just Washington to visit in order to pin accusations on Albanians and Kosova? The answer is very simple and clear: because Washington holds important political weight that will decide the future status of Kosova.
According to Artemije Radosavljevic’s statement, the main goal of the Serbian Orthodox Church’s delegation’s visit to the American State Department was to request more time on the settlement of Kosova’s issue because, as they claim, Serbians have been gaining more support, while “Muslim fascists” (a term used as an allusion to Kosova’s Albanians in a most provocative sense, and an attempt to label other Albanians in general as Muslim fundamentalists) have been losing theirs. The Serbian delegation’s address to Congress resulted in the loss of support by members of Congress for the independence of Kosova. (Las Javnosti, 04.10.2006).
It is clear that Radosavljevic’s initiatives, during his visit to the U.S. capital were to persuade Washington to abandon their support for the independence of Kosova. Radosavljevic’s address to the American Congress proved that there is not any political “novas” for American or Albanian diplomacy. However, in essence there is only a continual parrot relapse of requests by the Serbian Orthodox Church and Belgrade’s government in order to convince the United States that Kosova must continue to remain further as ancient colonial property of Serbia.
This scandalous request made by the Serbian Orthodox Church does not come as a surprise at all. It lacks any ethical, political and juridical basis. Furthermore, it was clearly a propagandistic anti-Albanian reservation made by the Serbian bishop Radosavljevic when he asserted the notion that Serbs are gaining more support by the United States while “Muslim fascists” are losing theirs.
Indeed, Radosavljevic’s arbitrary and vicious offenses are made in the same manner as Hitler’s fascist propaganda, however on the pretext that the Albanians of Kosova are “fascist Muslims.” These defamations indirectly also qualify Washington officials and Albanian politicians in Albania as well as throughout the Albanian diasporas as “fascist Islamites” as well.
On the contrary, because Great-Serbs fail to interact with rational reasoning, the legitimacy of the war cause of the Kosova Liberation Army (KLA) and NATO’s military intervention to break the backbone the Slobodan Milosevic’s genocidal military, paramilitary and police forces, is verified. The genocide committed in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosova by Serbia has revealed to the world that the fascist and terrorist aggressors in international dimensions are Serbia and the Serbian Orthodox Church. This became a well-known truth throughout Europe and the United States when the atavistic barbarism of Serbian Chetniks and Serbia occurred during the last decade of the 20th century (1992-1999) when these genocides occurred. Nevertheless, Great-Serbian politicians and the Serbian Orthodox Church led by Radosavljevic are using all means to try and eliminate these facts from Albanian and international memory and history.
For that reason, the Serbian Orthodox Church and Serbian governmental officials need not travel to Vienna, Brussels, New York and Washington to accuse Albanians of “Islamic terrorism.” Historically, this hideous phenomenon has never been practiced by the doctrine of Albanian politics. In lieu of this political practice at the end of the 20th century that caused the death of hundreds and thousands of Albanians, Croatians and Bosnians (1992-1999) in the Balkans, Radosvaljevic first needs to seek through his “club” staff of the Serbian Orthodox Church and in other state institutions and organs of Serbia, for the main masterminds, initiators, executioners and bearers of Slave terrorism, genocide, fascism, national-chauvinism, fundamentalism and radicalism not only in the Balkans, but throughout Europe.
In this context, it is enough to remember the “erased memory” of these genocides, and that Great-Serbian Radosavljevic’s mentioned terrorism has its roots in Serbia and in Serbian collective anti-Semitism, not in Kosova, Albania, nor among Albanians who for centuries (1842-2006) have been victims of Serbia’s institutional state terrorism and genocide.
To truly realize Serbia’s status as the cradle of local, regional and international terrorism, consider five of the most drastic cases of Serbia’s political terrorist history. Serbia, because of its “porno-nationalism” and hegemonic ideology aspires to conquer Hungarian, Croatian and Albanian territories in order to establish Great Serbia (Velika Serbija). Ever since the First World War, Serbia has organized and committed several terrorist attacks both secretly and publicly, in order to fulfill this nationalist dream, some of which include: (1) the assassination of Austro-Hungarian Archduke Franz Ferdinand, the successor to the Austrian throne, by Gavrilo Princip in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina on June 28, 1914. Soon following this terrorist attack, Austria declared war on Serbia, an action that initiated World War I; (2) the killing of Croatian deputy Stjepan Radich by Punisha Rachich of the Serbian-Croatian-Slovenian parliament on May 25, 1928; (3) the assassination of Croatian academic, Milan Shuflaj on February 18, 1931 in Zagreb; (4) the killing of Serbian Prime Minister Dr. Zoran Djindjich on March 12, 2003 committed by special “red berets” or the so-called “Zemun Clan”; and (5) the killing of Swedish Foreign Minister, Ana Lind committed by Mihajlo Mihajlovich in Stockholm on September 10, 2003.
At last, Serbia along with their state authorities (President Boris Tadich, Prime minister, Vojislav Kostunica, Foreign minister, Vuk Draskovich) and the Serbian Orthodox Church led by Bishop Artemije Radosavljevic, and his secretary Simeon, must first rid themselves of state and individual terrorism brought by the Great-Serbian “jihad.” It is then, when they have washed themselves of their own state terrorism that they might appeal to the American State Department to present their false witness accounts and documents simulated in order to discourage U.S. recognition of an independent Kosova under the pretense that it will transform into an “Islamic jihad state.”
The alleged historical, political and juridical justification that Radosavljevic and the Serbian Orthodox Church utilizes is that if Kosova becomes an independent state tomorrow, it will inevitably become an “Islamic jihad state.” This anti-Albanian propagandistic thesis is a recycled political technique used by the Serbian Orthodox Church. Together with the Serbian government the Serbian Orthodox Church, who invented this malicious thesis in disfavor of Kosova’s independence, still consider Kosova as the “cradle” and “ heart” of Serbia and Serbs, even though de facto and de jure Kosova is not, and will never more be under colonial sovereignty of Great Serbia.
In this sense, on October 1, 2006, the parliament of Serbia adopted a new Constitution, but with the old provision that Kosova is an integral part of Serbia. Several events accompanied the adoption of this constitution including the avoidance from the itinerary debating the draft-Resolution about Kosova’s independence by the Parliamentary Assembly of the European Council (October 2, 2006); the official visit to Washington made by the Serbian Orthodox Church led by Bishop Radosavljevic; the sabotage of Serbian–Albanian negotiations about Kosova in the capital city Vienna, Austria; as well as the request of all Serbian political spectrum opposition parties and the Serbian Orthodox Church to eliminate international special envoy of the United Nations Security Council, Marti Ahtisari from his charged mission to resolve Kosova’s final status. These events indicate that the recent eristic propaganda and diplomacy of Serbia has elevated the political temperature not only in Serbian public opinion, but amongst international relations, in order to buy time to postpone the solution status of Kosova until after holding parliamentary elections in Serbia on January 21, 2007.
However, the procrastination of this deadline is neither convenient for American policy nor for Albanian policy. For this reason both parties need to be maximally engaged in the solving of Kosova’s status in order to be finished by the designated deadline set by the United Nations Security Council, set to expire in 2006. This should occur independent of the of the adoption of the new Serbian Constitution, the holding of the Referendum during the last quarter of 2006, and parliamentary elections in Serbia in January 2007, because not one of these issues concerns Kosova and Albanians, but solely pertain to Serbia and Serbs. This is the internal issue of Serbia, not Kosova, nor America, nor Europe.
