The Prime Minister Agim Ceku, as in the daily "European Voice", also in the whole policy-making proves that is a very big demagogue. He declared every month that Kosova will become independent the next month, but he is not in the situation to make something to achieve the independence of Kosova from Serbia. He is servile to anti-Albanian circles within the international community and he tries to cheat his own people that "independence is a sure thing". As the official international politics supported the Ahtisaari's plan, an eventual adoption of a resolution in the UN Security Council can not assure at this moment that Kosova will become independent. Because the first condition of to be called a territory as independent is to have the possibility to decide for the faith of yourself. "The supervised independence" is denying these, by changing the UNMIK Protectorate in Kosova with another tyrannical Protectorate, that of EU, by specifying strictly the denial of self-determination to the people of Kosova.
While the Albanian politicians are embracing again with love the Serbian power in new "negotiations", because it can be done further "painful compromises" (Fatmir Sejdiu) to Serbia to the damage of the Albanian people and its freedom, Serbia, supported by Russia, is playing a "chess mate" game. The Ahtisaari plan is convenient to Serbia, because achieves the creation of a Serbian entity within Kosova and the possibility of the domination of the Serbian minority over the other communities. Thus is not enough. Belgrade wants the total recolonization of Kosova, a necessary step for the Pan-Slavic strategy, according to the old "Naēertanije" plan (1844) of Ilija Garasnin. This plan stated the idea of a Greater Serbia's state in the Balkans, by suppressing the right of the Albanian nation to have its own state and by assimilating the Albanian population into the conquered lands. Kosova, as other territories into Slavic and Greek domination, was the victim of Serbian aggression in the First Balkan War and of the balance of forces between the opposite Great Powers at the Conference of the Ambassadors of London (1913) who imposed the colonial yoke of Serbia to the Albanian population in Kosova.
Today, from the "lairs" and the "hays" of the Old Europe, the issue of Kosova is viewed in the same terms as in 1913, with the desire of the continuation of the hell of the enslavement of more than half of the Albanian nation within the corroded frameworks of the gasping chains of an imaginative compromise according to the obsession of the "order" and absolute "stability". This autism of Europe reflected also in "higher scene" of United Nations' Security Council, the path of the First Old War was unmasked by Woodrow Wilson as inappropriate with the real desires to achieving real peace and stability to the continent. He stated: "open convents, freely achieved at" and no politics of interests and bad games between the Great Powers that made possible such a great conflagration in Europe and kept until today the Balkans as "powder keg" of Europe. A political psycho-pathological character (worse than that of the colonialist Balkan states) that contains within itself a schizophrenic regime of the extern regulation of the political situation in the Balkans on the basis of the Utopian scheduling of the relations between the Slavic - Greek executioners and the Albanian victim. In this mythical dream of the Old Europe, the victim is obliged to be shaky towards the executioner, to concord with the black wolf, to achieve "agreements" with it. Otherwise it will be imposed to the victim a dictate. The international community knows very well that its arbitrariness have brought only powder, blood, death and pain to Balkans in general and to the Albanian nation in special, since the Conference of Berlin (1878) to our days. It knows very well to order its old and new "mistakes" made because of the technical equilibrium of forces that covers the open plagues of the Albanian question with the decayed "Persian carpet" of the "rights" for an "independent Kosova" with head under Serbia, legs in Bruxelles and cuffed hands, with the continuation of the colonization of the other Albanian territories by Slavic states in Balkans.
Kosova's waiting game is the toiling attempt of the international community to put away this difficult burden with which can not cope by actual means of the "right of compromise" that crush and piss it, because continues to confine into the stereotypical scenario of the hiding of the reality, inventions that aim to bury forever the Albanian issue. Kosova's waiting game is defeat of the democracy and justice in front of the Pan-Slavic expansionism and colonialism
You, officials of the international community, why are you closing the eyes and why are you assisting passively more than 150 years in continuation as begetters of this genocide made to the Albanian people?!
On the behalf of what juridical definition?
On the behalf of what law?
Don't forget something: the justice includes the peace, because the peace implies the regulation of the inter-state relation in the lack of the aggressive and colonial wars, different from the liberation and anti-colonial wars.
And "the justice without power is forceless, the power without justice is tyrannical" (Blaise Pascal).
So, the question is not if Kosova becomes independent. It is if becomes free and decolonized, as piece in the global Albanian question: the reunification of all the Albanian territories in a single Albanian national state.
