-The Albanian National Unification Front (ANUF) is tightened to denounce publicly the entire Titoist politics, which during the last decade has ruled and dominated the official politics of Tirana, of Prishtina, of Shkup and Podgorica, politics that tries to divide and partition the Albanian people in: the Albanian people, the Kosovar people, the Cham people, or worse than this to call the Albanians under "Macedonia" as Macedonians, the Albanians under Montenegro as Montenegrin and the Albanians of Eastern Kosova (Presheva, Medvegja and Bujanoc) to call Serbs.
-This entire anti-national politics aims the separation of the Albanian nation according to a well-known European anti-Albanian plan that anticipates:
1. The Albanians from the Republic of Albania to be named Albanians, in the same manner as Germans from the Federal Republic of Germany are named German nation and state;
2. The Albanians from Kosova that are named Kosovars, in the same manner as Germans from Austria are named Austrian nation and state;
3. The Albanians under "Macedonia" (in the Vardar Valley: Shkup, Kumanova, Tetova, Gostivar, Dibėr, Kėrcova, Struga, Prespa, Manastir, Pėrlep and Veles) to be named Macedonians, in the same manner as the German-speaking people from Switzerland that are named Swiss;
4. The Albanians under Montenegro (in Malėsia e Madhe: Tivar, Ulqin, Tuz, Plava and Gucia) to be called Montenegrins and
5. The Albanians under Serbia (in Eastern Kosova: Presheva, Medvegja, Bujanoc and Toplica) to be called Serbs.
- The same aim have also the so - called symbols and the flag of the so-called state of Kosova, that isn't made up from any Albanian national element. These have been and will be inadmissible for the Albanian National Unification Front and all its structures: the Albanian National Army (ANA), the Albanian National Security (ANS) and the Albanian National Fund (ANF) that represent the will of the Albnanian people of Ethnic Albania and Albanian Diaspora for inter-Albanian nationwide integration and for the Albanian national reunification of all the Albanian territories and the people that is living within these Albanian lands into a single national Albanian state in Balkans, with the beautiful name ALBANIA.
-If the international community and all its Albanian-speaking tools want to convince about this reality, let order to permit, recognize and guarantee also to the Albanian people the right of self-determination of the peoples, a democratic right guaranteed with tens of conventions and resolution of the Organization of the United Nations and the entire Albanian people to declare through the most democratic form, the plebiscitary referendum:
1. PRO, or
2. AGAINST
the Albanian National Reunification in a single national state with the name ALBANIA. And if more than half of the Albanian people would declare against this reunification, also ANUF and all its structurs hadn't their right to operate against the will of the sovereign people.
-In opposition with this we have demanded and we continue to demand, but not long time and until infinity, that the right of self-determination to be recognized also to the Albanian people, because on the contrary our patience has come to an end. Above all the Albanian National Army (ANA) has become very rampant and and exist the danger to rebel and to separate from the Albanian National Unification Front and we judge that it would be very late and it wouldn't be any more place for negociations, because ANUF has declared that, if the ANA gun pops, there would be no more negociations of type Rambouillet and Paris, Konēul and Ohrid.
-As a consequence, for the last time we appeal that, if we really desire to be peace and stability in Europe, this peace and this stability have to be achieved in the aggitated Balkans, in this Balkans "powder keg", always according to the right of self-determination of the peoples, that implies the creation of the ethnic states in Balkans as: Ethnic Albania, Ethnic Greece, Ethnic Bulgaria, Ethnic Croatia and why not Ethnic Serbia, and the nation-states to be created in Balkans with this occasion, and then and in continuation to follow the future Balkan or Euro-Atlantic integrations, but always on the basis of the verdict of the sovereign people, that is the fundamental principle of the modern democracy.
