THE ALBANIAN NATIONAL UNIFICATION FRONT ANUF;

Esteemed ladies and gentlemen!
Aiming to decelerate the process of the recognition of Kosova's Independence by UN member states and Kosova to win not the member status in the Organization of United Nations (UN), Serbia has presented the demand for investigation of the independence of Kosova by the International Tribunal of Law in Hague.
It is regrettable the fact that the General Council of the UN General Assembly didn't decline this demand without any real basis to include it within the day order of the UN General Assembly. Nevertheless the triumphal rhetoric of Boris Tadiē and Vuk Jeremiē after this decision is part of the propaganda's noises of Serbia that is using in its anti-Albanian disinformation crusade some pseudo-arguments that don't have any juridical regulatory foundation of the Kosova's problem.
Constricting the debate on the Act of Proclamation of the Independence of Kosova as its "violation of the sovereignty" and "territorial inviolability", with the movement of the logical stress of the order of the events, presenting Kosova permanently as a part of Serbia, it (Serbia) affirms that the international law has allegedly been broken, because Belgrade has lost the control on Kosova and a kind of "dangerous precedent" for other models in the world.
But Serbia forgets that the borders of Serbia are artificial borders that are including Albanian conquered territories, even after the juridical formal scission of Kosova (on 17th February 2008). If Serbia had been in its naturally borders, only then it would have right to affirm that somebody violated its "sovereignty" and territorial "integrity"!
And then it would include neither much, nor less than the former Paschalis of Belgrade, from which had been gradually enlarged to foreign territories. For this reason, Serbia has never spoken for Ethnic Serbia, but only for Greater Serbia.
It must be affirmed and never forgotten that the borders established in Balkans after the Serbian-Montenegrin-Greek aggression of year 1912 on Albanian people and territories in the First Balkan War are artificial and colonial borders that have caused continuous tensions that are gathering on the shadow of "stability", maintaining as ignited the threatening "powder keg", firstly in Balkans and then in all Evrope and beyond.
The borders established in favor of Serbia, Greece and Montenegro and later in the favor of the artificial and colonial Slavic-Macedonian creation have been violating for more than 96 years the territorial integrity and inviolability of the borders of Albania, because the will of the people, expressed in Vlora in 1912 by the delegates of all the Albanian territories was the proclamation of Albania's Independence of four Albanian vilajets under Turkish domination, as it follows:
-the vilayet of Kosova, with capital Shkup;
-the vilayet of Manastir;
-the vilajet of Shkodra;
-the vilajet of Janina.
While the surface of Albania proclaimed independent on Vlora (Ethnic Albania) was 98.000 km2, the Great Powers gathered in London recognized and legalized the Slavic-Greek annexation and also decided the creation of a small Albania, 28.000 km2.
However the First World War will explode only after a year, fact that proves that the arbitrary unjust acts caused to the small peoples in order to maintain the stability of the balance of forces between the Great Powers, not only that didn't lowered the tensions between them, but also created permanent hearths of conflict and laid to Balkans the epithet "powder keg".
In the Euro-Asian space, the Slavic (Russian-Serbian) factor, enforced through the European treaties of years 1878 (Berlin), 1913 (London) and 1918 (Paris), has been a factor of conflict from the end of the XVIII century, because of the partly conscious, partly unconscious projects for their territorial extension.
Russia is still judging the world politics with old terms of the equilibrium of forces and the showing of its force, in order to control the energetic paths that aim to rule Europe economically.
It (Russia) is using in Balkans the colonial domination of Serbia in order to impose to the world that the balance of "the inviolability of the borders" can change everywhere and every time when it desires and never and nowhere doesn't have interest. The theory of "the dangerous precedent" is the bugaboo with which Russia-Serbia want to frighten the international community, establishing at the same time a deformed and falsified international law against the non-Slavic peoples and nations.
Ladies and gentlemen!
While Osetia and Abkhazia are artificial invented enclaves for the Russian military bases in Caucasus and as a consequence can not represent colonial issues, the problem of the Albanian territories conquered by Belgrade, Shkup, Athens and Podgorica has all the characteristics of such a colonial issue and it is the object of the legal specifications of the international law.
Because:
- It is manifested on these territories military classical conquest and colonization, according to the deliberated plans "Narēetanije" (Serbia) and "Megali Idheja" (Greece), that even didn't permitted the creation of the actual Albanian state, whose territories would have to partition (between Athens and Belgrade) with their border on the Shkumbin River.
- The plans of conquest and colonization are done for calculated economical profits, how are the subterranean and surface natural wealth or human wealth (the proprieties of the Albanians) in the Natural Albania.
- The projects of the Slavic-Greek conquerors included the evacuation of the autochthonic local Albanian population and its replacement with Slavic-Greek population. It is known the Agreement between Serbia and Turkey for the expulsion of the Albanians under the former Yugoslavia, applied until 1966, as consequence of whose more than 200.000 of Albanians were expulsed under Turkey. Or the concrete actions for the expulsion of the Albanians from Toplica, a territory same as actual Kosova, from which Serbia expulsed all the Albanians after the Treaty of Berlin of year 1878 or from Chameria (1945).
From the four above-mentioned vilajets, have passed under the Serbian, Montenegrin, Greek and Slavic-Macedonian rule on 1912, the following Albanian territories:
- All the territories of the vilajet of Kosova, under the domination of Serbia, where Tito has partitioned later (1945) the Vardar Valley, given to "Macedonia", as well as Eastern Kosova (Presheva, Medvegja and Bujanoc) in 1954, which Serbia took for itself under rule and direct colonization.
- All the territories of the vilajet of Janina under the rule of Greece;
- from the vilayetit of Shkodra, the territories of Ulqin, Tivar, Plava, Gucia, Tuz, under Montenegrin rule;
- the vilatet of Manastir was partitioned between Serbia (later "Macedonia")
So, the nowadays administrative (half) Albania is the singlest state in the world that borders on all its edges with its Albanian people and territories. Kėshtuqė, Shqipėria e sotme administrative (gjysmake) ėshtė i vetmi shtet nė Botė, qė nga tė gjitha anėt e saj kufizohet me trojet dhe me popullin e saj shqiptar.
Ladies and gentlemen,
The act of Kosova's independence that also separated Kosova from Serbia, is a part of a long liberation and anti-colonial process, not only that is internationally legalized, but also within the frames of the defense and moral and material support of the international organization, as the United Nations Organization (UNO) that has created in 1974 the UN Special Committee within the UN General Assembly for the material and moral support of all the organizations that are fighting against the classical conquest and colonization. Such an organization was also the Kosova Liberation Army (KLA), but you didn't conferred it this status, thing that you must done with the Albanian National Unification Front (ANUF), if your really are decided for the correct application of the acts of the positive international law.
The Albanian issue can not be solved with "multiethnical" terms of the greedy colonial states, but only in an ethnic concept, which implies the creation of the Albanian ethnic nation-state and of other ethnic states in Balkans, as Ethnic Bulgaria, Ethnic Greece, and why not, also Ethnic Serbia.
The Albanian issue can be solved by the full respect of the right of self-determination and decolonization of the Albanian people, according to the conventions and resolutions in power.
So, the UN General Assembly, as a tribune of decolonization and freedom of the peoples in the world, must not degenerate itself on the level of the acceptance of the demand of the former colonialist state on Kosova, Serbia, that has brought destabilization and has aim to undermine the status won after the proclamation of the independence, including the burn of the border points (on the border Kosova-Serbia) and of the international institution of the northern part of Mitrovica, as well of the US Embassy in Belgrade and of all the businesses of Slovenia in Serbia.
We demand from the General Assembly of the Organization of the United Nations:
- The recognition of the self-determination and decolonization right of the Albanian nation;
- The proclamation as invalid of the Serbian demand presented in front of the GA of UN;
- The end of the Slavic-Greek conquest and colonization in Balkans;
- The recognition of the status of liberation and anti-colonial movement to the Albanian National Unification Front (ANUF).
