To recejt this truth and their commited genocide against Kosova and the other Albanians indigenous territories of Ethnic Albania/1842-199/, history, politics, propaganda and diplomacy of Serbia using the notion Greater Albania in order to keep still Albanian Kosova and the other native territories (Presheva, Bujanoci and Medvegja) as their a classic colonial plunder on behalf of their territorial and state sovereignty. As a matter of fact, this coherent accusation and attack in wrong address of Albanians of Kosova and the other territories of Ethnic Albania in face of the internatuional community (USA, OUN, UE, NATO, OSCE ect.) they accustomed to use as the the best way to protect and justify the concept of Greater Serbia (1844-2008).
In this context we should understand and last the Serbian Parliament New Resolution on Kosova which reflects the essence of the unchanged face of the old-black Serbian colonialism and imperialism in native territories of the Ethnic Albania in Balkans.
Theres no doubt that the new Resolution on Kosova, adopted by Serbian Parliament(December 26, 2007) has the same meaning such as all the other previous resolutions, declarations and constitutions on Kosova approved by Serbian Government and Parliament during period of 1989 to 2008.
I must emphasize that the main goal and message of this new resolution against Kosovos independence is in favor of the protection of colonial sovereignty, and age-old imperialism of the Greater Serbia on Albanian Kosova, respectively Ethnic Albania, in attempting to justify historical right and international law(according to the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 on Kosovo) that Kosovo-Metohija is Integral Part of Republic of Serbia.(See: www.byzantinesacredart.com, Serbian Parliament adopts Kosovo-Metohija Resolution for Defense of state sovereignty and territorial integrity. As above-metioned the new Serbian Resolution against Kosovas independence, we cannot appraise only as black paper of Serbian nationalism as it qualified Albanian prime minister Sali Berisha answering to a journalist question regarding that issue at press conference in Tirana capital city of Albania on December 27, 2007(www.lajmet.net,12.28.07) , but it is the serial repetitious attestation of the traditional doctrine and practice of the old age-long colonialism rule of Greater Serbia on Albanian Kosova, and other indigenous territories of the Ethnic Albania (not at all Greater Albania because of the fact that term is embryo and invent of Great Serbia since 1844 up today.
Moreover, that black resolution against independence of Kosova is very prejudicial in the first place for Serbia own itself and its people who is going to lead in very wrong and regress way, i.e. in defoliate and total isolation from neighbor countries of Balkans, integrated and democratic Europe, and international community entirely, as by the time Slobodan Milosevich who in set terms rejects to endorse Interim Agreement for Peace and Self-Government in Kosovo, Rambouillet, France - February 23, 1999.
Serbias Parliament and Government, as well as their leaders (its president, Boris Tadic and prime minister, Voislav Kostunica) must be aware that there is no integration within European Union without recogonation of independence of Kosova. Nations with unresolved colonial problems such is Serbia in this case with colonial problem of Kosova cannot be any kind of legal part of European Union (EU).
In despite of Serbia and Russias dissagrements with the West and Albanian parts about the future of Kosova, the United States and Eurpean Union (excepting some of its insignificant members such as Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Slovakia and Romania who are declared against recognition of Kosovas independence) the West leaded by the United States is finally sharing a common position that Kosova must become an independent state in Balkans.
Being that the Albanian Serbian negotiations havent produced any acceptable political compromise between them during two past years under international monitoring of the United Nations and European Union Contact Group for Kosova (2005-2007), after the end of respective talks on December 10, 2007, Albanian leadership promised that it will declare independence of Kosova.
Regardless of the discord between the West and Serbia supported by Russia about the future status of Kosova, the United States and EU are determined to recognize independence of Kosova as the best political and democratic solution to bring stability, security, cooperation and peace in Balkans Peninsula.
This rational and objective official indwelling and point of view of Washington and EU regard recognizing of the independence of Kosova cannot change ill-founded intimidations and wrong viewpoints by Serbia and Russia, because of the fact that Kosova historically is a part of Europe, therefore, such as Kosova is the primarily an European matter, not Serbian or Russian as they traditionaly pretend to convince the ineternational community and the United States, that Kosovo is Serbs cradle and soul. Simply, this is a big historical and political lie, fabricated by Serbs and Greater Serbia because of the irrefutable historical facts that Albanians are the indigenous people in Balkans where their, history, native land and language directly derived from Illyrians as their ancestors.
Among others, these academic historical sources which reflect that Albanians and Ethnic Albania are successors of the Illyrians and Illyria which namely attest that they are in their own autochthon territories, not in Serbias and Serbs which encroach as barbarious and conquerors tribe in Balkans, i.e. in Albanian ethnic territories, many centuries later when Albanians are appeared in their ancestors Illyrians territories. According to these relevant arguments as above-mentioned the Encyclopedia of Military History, written by Herman Kinder and Werner Hilgemann: The name Albania is derived from the name of an Illyrian tribe called the Arber, or Arbereshė, and later Albanoi, that lived near Durrės. The Illyrians were Indo-European tribesmen who appeared in the western part of the Balkan Peninsula about 1000 B.C., a period coinciding with the end of the Bronze Age and beginning of the Iron Age. They inhabited much of the area for at least the next millennium. Archaeologists associate the Illyrians with the Hallstatt culture, an Iron Age people noted for production of iron and bronze swords with winged-shaped handles and for domestication of horses. The Illyrians occupied lands extending from the Danube, Sava, and Morava rivers to the Adriatic Sea and the Sar Mountains. At various times, groups of Illyrians migrated over land and sea into Italy.( (http:www.lcweb2.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/).
Therefore, neithr de facto nor de jure Serbia and Serbs dont belong to the Eurpean Union, respectively Western Europe as a consequence that historically they have never had any concern or roots with Illirians or Romans in Balkans Peninsula, as Albanians had with their direct Illyrian ancestors. This relevant fact was taken account and by Croatian famous historian Prof. Dr. Aleksandar Stipcevic, who among others, cited this Serbian historical academic argument, as well: The Serbian archaeologist Milutin Garasanin represents a special case. In 1955, he wrote an article in the Prishtina periodical "Pėrparimi", in which he asserted that the Albanians are the direct descendants of the Illyrians.( Dr. Aleksander STIPCEVIC / www.alb-net.com/illyrians.htm/).
Also, in 1980, the first volume of the Encyclopaedia of Yugoslavia (Second Edition) had been published, in which there were two entries, one entitled "Albanci" (Albanians), and the other "Albansko-Jugoslavenski odnosi" (Albanian-Yugoslavian relations). On pages 75-79, the Albanian historian from Kosova, Ali Hadri, had written the part of the entry under "Albanci" that dealt with "the origin and development of the Albanian people," in which he stated that the Albanians are the descendants of the Illyrians. The linguist Idriz Ajeti said the same, considering the Albanian language a successor to the Illyrian tongue.(www.alb.net.com/illyrians.htm/).
This is a main reason (seeing in the historical, political, diplomatic, juristic and moral sens) why Serbia doesnt have any per cent of its sovereignty in Albainan Kosova, respectively in other parts of the Ethinc Albania (Preshevė, Bujanoc dhe Medvegjė).
Serbia and Serbs dont have any right to be angry at Alabanians and their supporters such as America and Western Europe which have decided to recognize the independence of Kosova, because of the fact that Kosova has never been Serbias legal territory, but its a classic illegal colony only in heart of the Europe (1912-1999).
